2.13.x Issues After Upgrading

Hi Linkerd,

Hoping to get some advice on Scalability issues in 2.13.x · linkerd/linkerd2 · Discussion #11129 · GitHub

After to upgrading to 2.13.x We’re seeing degraded performance and the destination pods go into a crash loop. We’ve found that going from 3 to 10 replicas of destination solves the cash loop. but theres degraded performance with the mesh.
